Lol, she would. This is exactly how I imagine Camille covering Michael Jackson (even though I’ve never really imagined Camille covering Michael Jackson) and it is brilliant. It’s in the same key, and it keeps the same tempo and beat as the original, but the arrangement is pure Camille Dalmais. It reminds me of a lot of her stuff on Music Hole (especially Canards Sauvages, with its Africanesque rhythms) and on Le Fil, with the whole starting out dead silent and gradually introducing instruments in an unconventional arrangement building up to something glorious sort of thing.
